Beef Stroganoff

You will need:

12" Liquid Core® Electric Skillet with Cover
1 14.5 oz. can beef broth
1 8 oz. can mushrooms (use juice and mushrooms)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce 3/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 Lb sirloin steak, sliced
8 oz. egg noodles
12 oz. light sour cream
Seasoning to taste

  • Preheat pan to 425 degrees. Brown sliced sirloin for five minutes with the cover on.
  • Turn the beef over and add the broth, mushrooms, onion, tomato sauce, and noodles.
    Cover and wait for some steam to escape the pan.
  • Turn down the temperature to 200 degrees. Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in sour cream and cook an additional 15 minutes.
