You
will need:
12" Liquid Core®
Electric Skillet with Cover
1 large can or quart of whole tomatoes
1 each green and red pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, cut into thin strips
1 8-oz. package fresh mushrooms
1 8-oz. package macaroni or other pasta
Additional seasoning to taste
- Preheat Liquid Core® skillet
to 425 degrees. Brown chicken breasts on one
side for five minutes with the cover on.
- Turn breasts over and add remaining
ingredients, beginning with the pasta
and tomatoes.
- Cover and continue cooking until
some steam escapes from the cover, then reduce
temperature to 200-225 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.
Uncover and serve.
