Pork
Chop Casserole
You
will need:
12" Lifetime®
oil core skillet with dome cover
4 quart mixing bowl
1 Lb pork chops, butterfly cut is best
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups water
Splash of soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom, or Cream of Golden
Mushroom soup
- Preheat 12" skillet to 400
degrees. Brown chops for five minutes per side.
- In mixing bowl, combine water, rice,
soup, soy sauce, and seasoning.
- Add liquid mixture to skillet when
chops have browned on second side.
- Reduce heat to simmer and cook for
thirty minutes, or until rice is done.
